I love seeing Power Puff Girls cosplays and to see amazing side characters like Ms. Bellum makes me happy. The pose and the absence of her face being shown in the image captures the essence of the character.

Try looking up the episode title "The Evillustrator". You may have to hop around a little to find it because I remember it was slightly more difficult to find that one episode for some reason.

The 3/4 view was a bit off on Nova, her jaw jutted out too far and her eyes were not in line where one would expect the eyes to lay.
However, I was very impressed with the eyes and you did a good job dealing with the skin and clothing.
I enjoyed Ann-gee's character designs and would love to see more of them.
All in all, not a bad job. I would suggest to invest in Photoshop or some other type of digital drawing program if you have not done so already.
