After watching you for years now... I still see your cat's fur so healthy, so smooth, so shiny that I no longer can resist. I have to ask!
What do you do to keep them look this gorgeous? They're not even that young anymore if I recall correctly. They look so beautiful, so relaxed, so healthy... it can be clearly seen that you're a very good owner.

Theo and Loki are about 4 years old now so still in their prime
They both keep themselves very well groomed (and will groom one another's heads), and both have naturally soft fur (Loki's fur in particular - which is a trait of Bengals - is velvety soft) so I can't take any credit really for the condition of their fur! They're both indoor cats, which has pros and cons. They have plenty of cat trees and places to curl up though and I also walk Loki outside for half an hour on a leash most days and also take Theo out from time to time as well. They also get exercise from chasing one another and Loki insists I play with him for at least 20 minutes a day as well with a wand toy

Do you allow commercial work for those that do photomanipulations?

It depends on which photo and how much it will be manipulated - some photos were taken at places which don't allow commercial photography, so it would be a bit of a grey area with those! From your profile photos I'm guessing it's probably a wolf photo you're interested in - those were taken at a place which did introduce a policy of no commercial photography a few years ago, so I can't really give permission for the wolf photos I'm afraid!

I'm happy for you to sketch for practice - if you post them up on dA I'd be interested in seeing them (I'm always interested in seeing the use my photos get put to!). For just practice sketches I don't mind so much about credit, but it's still nice to be credited and if you think the references are useful then crediting the references may help others find them too!

Hi there,
I use the non-commercial version of the CC license - that's in part so people can't just make money directly off my photos with little work of their own, and also because some of the photos I've taken were taken in circumstances such that I don't have permission to grant commercial usage of the photo (e.g. photos at at zoos).
However I'm happy to consider individual cases, and often for works using photos for reference (drawings/paintings) I'm able and happy to grant permission for my photos to be used for such works which can be sold, especially as I love seeing what people do based on the photos.
So if you send me a private message saying which photos you may want to use then I can have a think and reply to let you know
Finally I want to express appreciation for you actually checking - not everyone does that, so thank you!
