Finally got around to perusing your gallery. I think you could be making some money here especially with those sketches that you scanned. Have you considered doing commissions?

You pretty much decide on what to charge depending on the type of drawing that the customer wants. For instance, if you wanted to sell some quick sketches, you might decide to open 10 commission slots at $5 each (slot meaning that's how many sketches you have time or willingness to do at the moment). Or if you offer other styles (i.e. shading, inking, painting, etc.) and have extra time, you can just open however many slots you want to and let the buyer choose which style he/she is willing to pay for.
Obviously, a nice line art with pencil shading is worth more than a quick sketch. It's up to you to figure out how much to charge, but a good way to come up with an idea is to see what other artists about your skill level are charging.
Now, when someone requests to take a slot, it's best if he/she lets you know what he/she wants you to draw asap. There are certain things you can't draw because of your age (adult stuff), and I'm sure there are some materials you wouldn't want to draw anyway. If you have no problem with the idea for the commission, then the person sends the money. I'd wait until the transfer is complete before drawing it though.
Lastly, scan the image and send it to the buyer. Often the artist will send the full resolution picture to the buyer in a private message or email and then resize the image to a smaller size for Deviant art.
I have other suggestions that I've picked up from artists that I've met and commissioned art from, but this reply is already quite long

Yeah, paypal is probably the easiest way to go about it since it's a quick way to get paid and takes minimal time to set up. I'm not sure if you'd need to be 18 to have an account, but I already have one and could just give you what you get paid if needed.

I actually have an idea for a Phantom and Pandora Hearts crossover.
Vincent's red eye is said to bring misfortune, so people treated him terribly as a child. He was scarred, I believe. (Evidence found in the Tragedy of Sablier!) So...yeah, he can be the Phantom.
