well it depends how (big), much space you want for drawing room on it, the small ones are only about 70 bucks, while the biggest one can range up to 2000 bucks, but thats only for pros...
for now i'd go with the small or medium, i got the medium for 200...
its expensive, but it was well worth it...

yes, the bamboo is one of the types of tablets wacom sells, i have the bamboo fun (medium), its the same except it comes with photoshop, and a mouse, plus a bit more space...

yes i highly recommend it, the software programs it comes with are worth at least 80 bucks alone...

80 bucks sounds harsh, that'slike 200 if converted to my currency, but those additional software programs are worth it i guess...

yeah those software programs are pretty useful, i find myself using them quite often, it really is worth the extra munny, i think, becuz if you get the wacom without the programs, you'll be stuck with programs like paint, and photoshop has WAY more features...
