I do but I'm not open for them at the moment D: it's very very rare that I take an art trade.. the last time I picked just one out if several suggestions..
but if you are interested: I'm offering free sketch busts quiet often, just look out for a journal when I open them again.. but you also have to be fast to get one xD

by fast I mean.. if I'm opening a journal with free sketches there are like... 15~20 suggestions in 30 minutes.. usually the first 5~10 people get a free sketch, so you have to be fast ^^

How did you first create Nerak?
I am trying to get a main character, but none seems to work. Got any suggestions? I like dark, creepy, but not gross, sull or bones or bloody. Thoughts?

He just popped into my head and this characters usually the best ones to create.
I have different methods to 'invent' my characters.
First one is the stage when I want to draw a new one and have an idea for him. most of the time from movies or any other surroundings. this are the most frequent ideas.
Second one is when they pop into my head without a reason. I close my eyes and BAM. sudden idea. I cant explain how that happens but it does and this is what happened with nurak.
third one is when I dream about a new chara and it's also the most rare one.

I usually like to add werid animals to four legs. So when they come out they either look nothing like the creature, or something better I want to design. Like a mix between a t-rex, saber, and a alligator. Who, in call from its master it turns into a large gaint, then a small little size glider. Like form glider size to gaint T-rex like with four legs and a mean amazing look. I love dinosaurs so though to design one. Yet, one thing, how does everyone do so good with reference sheets, and for you what program do you use for your art? ^^

well.. I like to use traditional mediums more like pencils and copic marker but I do use photoshop and paint tool SAI

See everyone has been telling me about paint tool SAI. See I really don't know if its good for me or not sence I enjoy to characters(wolves, dogs, cats), and detailed anime. Yet, I see lots of artists with it so I was wondering whats so good about it?

I think it's just not as complicated as photoshop and it has many different brushes which can be used for different styles.
for coloring I prefer SAI but when it comes to editing pictures I still use photoshop

Well I am trying to use Photoshop Elements, or Sketchbook Express for my work so I will see how it goes with them. So far Sketchbook has little layers, merges all layers once saved, and that bugs me. Photoshop is okay, just alot harder to make it chibi or something like that. I guess I might just have to wait till I can trail it. Though I got a question. Do you do art trade's?

I used to play the sonic games, pokemon (of course), tales of symphonia is one of the games I loved the most as well as okami and drakengard

What are those? I only ever wanted to do pokemon, but sadly none are found online. The others I never heard of, but I used to play Rachet and Clank, Spyro ending game, Transformers, and mostly I loved fighting. xD
Now I am more into anime, and drawing monsters.
