Hahaha thanks! I dont even know where that came from. I think it was a natural biproduct of the realization that a Starbucks a-day makes you gain weight... hhaha. Fortunately I never ran into that problem... I caught myself and stopped drinking mad frappuccino's before anything negative happened.
Now i just stick to tea. haha.

Irish Breakfast/English Breakfast and straight up black tea (tazo Awake for example) are my favs. I drink it clear mostly though. I don't like milk in my tea all that much. I used to, but not now. Mainly because i can't keep milk in my fridge for long before it goes bad... lol. Dorm fridges suck.

I'll have to try Awake
hahaha Dorm fridges are eeevil.
I put cream and sugar in Stash's Chai Spice Black, only 'cause it's really strong and that makes it taste similar to a chai tea latte :]

Yeah dorm fridges are so horrible. Mine never stays cold enough. Whatever. I had to switch to soy milk because it keeps longer with less refrigeration.
I've never tried Stash's... I'll have to check it out. I had some really cheap Vanilla Chai that was pretty good just straight up. College tea party's are totally where it's at. Especially when there's knitting involved!

And it tastes better
Stash is okayyy...Not too great but it's alright.
Vanilla chai is greeeaaat no matter what. The other stuff had too much spice to it.
I WANNA GO TO A COLLEGE TEA PARTY *sob*

You should just throw an impromptu tea party. College kids (especially arts kids) love that stuff. I know my friends and I do. So it's definitely worth trying to make happen.
I personally like extra chai chai lattes. When i go to Starbucks I always ask for a 6 pump chai instead of the normal 4 because i like my chai really strong when it comes to chai lattes. I'm okay with strong tea, but sometimes it can be too strong.

What school do you go to? Just a random question. Sorry. haha.
And yes... I might like it! I like things strong.. but not coffee. I don't like coffee all the much. Tea is the way to go, for me at least.

DeVry in Chicago, for web design. I want to go SVA in NY or Columbia in Chicago for Illustration afterwards.
I love coffee, but I like tea more.

OMG I got to Pratt Institute in Brooklyn! It's really close to SVA!
I'm an Illustration major. It's really fun. I've heard really good things about SVA, mainly because their fine arts program is really self made. You get to pick most, if not all, of your classes. So i guess that's a unique aspect of the school. I haven't met any SVA kids yet, although it's on my list of things to try to do.
It's cool that you're doing web design. I did that in high school, but very extensively. I need to make a legit website sometime. haha. I feel so unprofessional just having a DA. But it works out int he end seeing as how it's basically just an online portfolio, and it's free, and there's no need to worry about hosting.

I haven't talked to you in ages... but anyways, awesome stuff and some of my friends and I are thinking of going into Boston on New Year's Eve for first night, you should come too... it'll be pretty sweet. And are you still applying to AIB?

I got into Pratt... so I'm pretty much thinking of going there. But I may still apply to AiB anyways.
I also am still unsure of my New Years Plans, I've got a pretty booked schedule so far... and I don't think I want to do first night again, since last year was kind of miserable lol (cold and snowy and rainy).
But I'll give you a ring and maybe we can make plans some other time.

Please help out Diru!!!! This was found on various JRock forums and has been a work in progress since July
Legend says that if you fold one thousand paper cranes, someone's wish will come true.
Regardless of that legend, if people from every corner of the world were to make their own wish, and those wishes and their names, and countries were written on each crane and sent.. how much would that mean?
Note: The band could use a little encouragement.
Why?: Following the release of the album Vulgar, and the drop out of their usual and noted Visual Kei image, Dir en grey have gotten the short end of the stick. Now, there is a difference between Foreign fandom and Japanese fandom. Most of you will remember the critism that ensued over the loss of the kei image, as well as the crowd surfing ban. Go, [JrockNYC] and his reveiws at the current time, as well as his extreme outlook, are a perfect example of how bad it was in Japan as opposed to the US and other countries.
The state of decline in Dir en grey's fanbase was rapid and vicious, fans were reported to have sent the band letters demanding that they break, reviewists wrote Kyo off as 'tone deaf'. A huge percentile of fans were lost. And lyrics like this [R to the Core-Vulgar album] were lost on the few loyal, and the ones who'd turned.
R TO THE CORE
Lyrics: Kyo Music: Dir en grey
You're the one that's stupid.
You're a pig; acting all honest
but you hide your true self.
Can't hear anything. Can't feel anything.
This is a place of contradiction.
My heart screamed out,
you make fun of me
like you make fun of my dead left ear.
I know everyone isn't like that,
but I can't accept everything.
So I still, even now scream out in a hoarse voice
to all you rotten people...
There is an answer,
so writhe in agony
and let your will to live come out.
Everyone's the same once they sin.
Almost every song on the album speaks of betrayal and is an obvious ploy at
it. Fans accused them of selling out. The fatalistic approach continues
right down to Saku. Dir en grey appealed to the foreign fans after Vulgar,
for most obvious reasons.
A recent supposed message from Kyo to the Japanese fans:
my voice is dead
my heart is dead
my emotions are dead
my heart is dead
there's no one inside me
rather than living with a smile
reality...
.... =\
Myself and my friends are working on a project, we'll be folding one
thousand paper cranes. We'll send them to Diru, to show our encouragement, and approval.
Please, anyone who wants to help, all you have to do is give the following to be written on the cranes ( e-mail at FilthyWarumono@hotmail.com ):
Name:
Country:
Wish for Diru:
Thank you for your time and please, get the word out.
I have 600 or so so far >>; ^ ^; Arigato~
