I just got my copy today, about a week late, but boy is it worth the wait. Seriously my favorite issue to date, it's so dark

It's honestly one of the scariest comics I've read in a long while. It builds up so nicely and the ending is worth it. I feel so bad for Sabrina

It's very Lovecraftian, so it builds as it goes along and it's executed beautifully. It really ties all of the events that have happened together

I'm sure she'll factor into the story more but it's evident at the end of this issue that there's no fixing what she's done and there is no happy ending to this series

It's pretty dark, but when you see what happens you'll understand. Have you read any of HP Lovecraft's stories before?

I highly reccomend reading them. They're old stories but nobody writes horror like he did. You can find them online for free pretty easily, Β and if I may make a suggestion, read The Call of Cthulhu. It's my personal favorite of his and it has ties to the new Afterlife issue

So did I. It was a fantastic way to close out the first arc and telling it from the point of view of Smithers was really smart. I love how the tension is heating up between everyone. Things are gonna get so crazy moving forward
