I wanted to ask, do the phrases written here as subtitles sound right?
Especially this one: "It's cold and can only take away from you".
Other people's literature is so hard to translate O.o

And if you don't mind, can you explain me the difference between a bog and a swamp?

Well, as for the subtitles, I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to say. But I'll give it my best shot:

"The sunlight's certainly warm, but quite warm enough to heat up the metal. It's too cold to accomplish much of anything, really."

And as for the "swamp vs. bog" thing, most English speakers use them as synonyms; however there actually IS a difference.

A swamp is wetlands with wooded vegetation - trees, bushes, that sort of thing, whereas a bog is a mostly flat wetland full of a material known to English speakers as "peat", which is basically dead and decaying plant matter. This peat mixes with mud and water to form a soft, mushy mass that is easy for large objects, such as cars, to get stuck in.

A good way for me to explain it is that a swamp is basically a flooded forest, and a bog is basically a flooded plan/grassland.
