# About me

Hello D.A <3 I often go by Dez. I'm 22 and attend a college in Michigan in hopes of obtaining a degree in Japanese translation and localization and a minor in Creative Writing.

I love to write and my life goal is to be a young adult fiction novelist. I am currently in the process of completing my first series, 'Scarred'.

I love cosplaying and tend to get VERY in character when I do ;) Ive cosplayed many characters from different animes such as Sailor Moon, Sket Dance, Panty and Stocking, Madoka Magica, and K-on. The first anime convention I have ever gone to is Jafax in Grand Rapids, Michigan back when I was about 11. Ive broadened my anime conventions to Youmacon, Shoutcon, and Kaizokucon. One day I hope to go to the biggest anime convention in America, Anime Expo.

I've been drawing anime since I was 9. At the time, I hadn't even known it was anime until a dear friend of mine introduced it to me~ I've been in love with anime and everything that is the beautiful Asian culture ever since :3
