So, are male phantom fans scarce? Maybe you're right, I probably just never thought of it that way since most of my friends like it too, just not as much as me. The great thing about the phantom (apart from the music) is that the imagery is so strong, especially with the movie. Of vourse, if there were as many sweet pictures from Les Miserables, I'd probably spend my life drawing them instead.

I've yet to meet a man Phantom fan, but then again, I don't have any friends who absolutely love the Phantom either. Some of them like it, sure, but none of them are completely and hopelessly in love with it like my pathetic self haha. I think it's fantastic that there are guys who appreciate it too, it's such a great story and the movie is just fabulous. By the way, I've never seen Les Mis, but I've heard fantastic things about it. Maybe one day

You should really listen to "On My Own" and "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Mis, even if you never see the show. Of course, you needn't necessarily go to the theatre for Les Mis, it's also an incredible novel!
