I didn't delete you from Facebook. I just disabled my account for the time being, silly.

You are too skilled to stop. You will regret it if you don't continue. Every artist has been where you are, what you are lacking is drive and I know this because I've been there for the last few years. I have not produced anything for myself or for the sake of expression in a long, long time. This is a deeper problem with my own emotions. I feel empty and as if nothing can inspire me anymore. What we both need is to find something we give a damn about in life and then the art will come back to us. I really don't think your profs were blowing sunshine up your arse. I can't sit back and watch someone waste talent like that.

I can't lie, I'm still left in the dark about what kinda stuff you actually draw/animate.
Have you taken some work down from here, I remember it being spartan, though I thought there was more?

You might be happy to know that my slow reply has been on account of the fact that I've kept myself very busy and I'm working on a couple of things right now. (And also because the semester just started back up again)

Don't feel bad about drawing some confidence from compliments, either. If someone told you that you sucked it would get you down. You might as well let the positives affect you as well.

I'll get some more stuff up that reflects the direction I'm going in--probably not much animation because I'm in a fight with animation right now. Here's my attempt at making my dull situation a hit drama: Animation talked shit behind my back to the whole school and said I made out with Bradley Harris but like, it was only once and it's not even like he was really dating Animation anymore.


In the meantime, I'll keep checking my deviant watch messages for something by Mr.revpermin/max/alex
