I sent you a note about the YCH i bought 6 months ago.
If I see that you're active again after that and you still haven't gotten back to me or replied to me, I'm going to have to make a callout. I've been told at least once (maybe twice) that you're going to get to my YCH and now you havent been replying to me at all.
If you're busy with work or school that's fine, but please at least get back to me instead of leaving me with no response.

I'll probably comment again asking about it just in case they are busy (I'd like to give them another opportunity just to make sure there isn't anything going on that would prevent them from doing art or refunding people)
