Interesting song! I started to read the comments though, to my despair, and music eventually made me feel a little on edge. Taff, the whole world's gone mad, and us with it.

It's from requiem for a dream, its a film about the lives of four drug addicts, brilliant and horribly depressing, whenever something really dramatic is happening this song plays through, I love it because it adds so much to the movie and at the same time the piece satnds on its own.

Iβve always believed that the music makes the film/game/what-have-you. Like in Thief, the subtlety of the music creates such ambiance, stir feelings of utter fear and tension or such calm.
Heh, pretty much all of the music on my iPod is soundtracks. They are created to make you feel a specific way and to make your memory work hearing the song later on, remembering the event or the feelings that you had at the time. I like to have it as background music as well you know, finding the perfect song when youβre walkinβ in the city or watching the stars at night or whatever.
