You know, I've seen other artists on this site who make miniature food like you, but you are by far the best artist of them all!! (Your salads and muffins looked amazing!! The muffins look so crumbly and the leaves in the salads look scrunchy like in real life!)

I'd like to see something next to any of the pieces in your gallery to see the actual size. As it is, I do find it very hard to believe they're as small as you say - but please, put a dime or quarter or penny next to them, to give a better sense of scale. Or, just work in progress images.
