Thank you so much! It's always nice to see that someone, somewhere, likes to stare at the food I make. It makes me feel superior!
If you'd like, I put most of the recipes at my journal so you can always try to make the things you liked the most.

I think cooking is a great skill to have which I lack. I certainly admire people who can make food that is not only edible but actually eatable. I know for a fact that I tend to burn even the simplest of dishes so when I see someone who can cook and is really good at it, I really have to admire their artwork for that's what it is, really. It's artwork. I know my mother used to bake and decorate cakes for a living and it really is a time consuming art which I must really admire. Keep up the great work!

Wow, that's so great of you to say so and it's really encouraging. Everyone has a tendecy to burn (I burned microwave popcorn 2 days ago, and I'm a cook!), but it's the will that matters. And of course, not to be lazy and to watch the things you cook even when you need to go.

Brought up a nice memory for me...back in the 80s I had a chef friend named Peter Davidof. He'd cook the most unusual and divine dishes for me...but I had to lie in his bed and listen to him read his horrible poetry afterwards. And for some reason, my 3-year-old daughter was fascinated more with his poetry than his food. Wonder if they're any relation?
