Oh, all toshiko franchises band up and see an Alien visitor made out of asteroids and is called " Metoris " Comes up and enslaves the Franchises to race for his enjoyment oh and Metoris is the final boss and he is covered with a chassis and goes real fast. And racetracks are based off of toshiko franchises. Plus some Dekcon franchises are in there too.

Yes on the Krystal question. I'll answer you on the other questions: Whap's a young boy who escaped from a mine and goes to find All 6 of the Whimmi gems. Sky weasel's a Native american who goes to stop a deforestation company. And Paco is a sentient taco who escaped with 255 other tacos on a rocket and goes on a distant planet to save themselfs from being eaten by Humans.
