It's a big ol' New York style Cheesecake. As a kid I hated cheesecake but over the years, I have come to learn how amazing they are.

This one is real expensive but I save it exclusively for my birthday. Best decision I make every year.

It's nice to have something to look forward to. I'm usually too busy to do anything really special, so I just commit to a cheesecake. It's the least I can do.

I'll likely be studying every day of the week, but I've gotten used to that over the years in college.

It's a lot of fun! I forgot how much fun it could really be!
