Going onto our house, it's nice! We have a couple of noisy neighbours, but they're certainly tolerable. We also have furniture, and that's fantastic. You underestimate how much you'll miss having a bed and couch until you go without them for so long. = w =;;;

Actually, they're great? Snickers and Toffee are just good, tolerant cats, y'know? They adjust pretty easily whenever we move. The hardest one, of course, was when we had to fly them out here, but even then, they were normal and happy the next day. We also got a cat tree on sale, and they LOVE climbin' up and down on that. They're good, good~

I DO really hate seafood. And I know a girl who just got the other hostess position- and we don't get along super well. But she can be a sweetheart, and I'd love to work there. And I just got a call about an interview at Aeropostale in the mall, too. So hopefully one of the two works out.
Oh, I know. The cool thing about that job is that you get half off all the food. And it's already pretty darn cheap. 9And there's stuff that isn't fish. Thankfully.)

No, I totally understand. Hopefully we'll be able to see each other sometime soon. Some way. But I get that you can't just fly across the country whenever you want. (How's your brother doing, by the way?)
Ya know, it's kind of hard to explain. You know those people who you see and you're totally jealous of- because you're convinced they're perfect- but you know that they really aren't and you just don't know them well enough to know about their problems? Well, she's like that. Except she's literally never had ANYTHING bad happen to her. She has a great life, she's gorgeous, she gets straight A's, she has a fantastic family, a great boyfriend, she gets everything she wants- but she has a little bit of an attitude problem. And that makes us have conflict sometimes.
But hopefully it'll continue to be okay, 'cause I got the job. So we're co-workers now. (And it totally is cheap now. I've never actually eaten there, but I looked at the online menu. I was impressed.)

And, yuh, I do know what you mean. Humility makes pretty people even more attractive, but it can sometimes make it harder. Then, they really are all-around perfect. ; o ;
My brother's having a hard time right now. He recently had his first experience with death, and a week after that, he had his second. It took him awhile to process it. Now he's at the snarky stage, where everything should be obvious to others and if it's not, their an idiot. At the same time, he'll have bouts where he'll just break down and cry. Patti's putting him into counseling. It's awful time, and I feel horrible that I can't be there. However, I thank you very much for asking about him--most people don't.
Toffee's sitting right beside me, actually. He told me to give you seductive air-kisses.

It's great- I dig crab. Who knew? Everything else is decent. And it's going super well. Everyone's super sweet and I've been getting called in pretty frequently; which is great. It makes me feel needed.
Oh no- that's so tough, anyways. Not to mention having two people die so soon. I hope things get better for him here pretty quick.

Nah- it isn't too bad. Dinner's usually pretty cray- and I seem to be the only one that's willing to bus tables. Which is never ending when there's a bunch of people in there. But I've got lunch for the next couple of days and that's nice and mellow.
I can't really bring myself to touch the shrimp. I nibbled on the breading a bit. But it's just too weird shaped to be edible. And clam is texturally displeasing. I had that... night before last?
And I did have a wonton, and I was not impressed. But again, it's not the wonton's fault. I just don't like anything that comes out of the ocean. (Or condiments. So that's two things working against it.)

There was cream cheese in whatever one they gave me! And I love cream cheese with all my heart. I put it on absolutely everything. It's a dip, a condiment and a main course in my book. But it was SO not okay in the wonton.
And calamari falls into the same boat as clams. Who in the world would willingly eat calamari? It was traumatic.
Okay- but those chicken bites aren't the same shape and size as they were when they were alive. They look like shrimp even when they're cooked. It's the same deal with like... chicken legs. It's just too weird.

Sorry about the late reply. The second part was really cool. . .I liked when the song got a bit harder. As for the first, ugh. It's funny, the video you sent isn't permitted on my grounds (lol, YouTube's a troll), so I had to watch the official video, and it made me dislike it even more. I'm just waaaay tired of bar-themed songs, and then videos about people going crazy and trashing the place and doing a whole bunch of stuff that they will forever regret and that could sully their reputation. I'm just trying to keep such influences away from me, y'know? I'm having a hard time right now, and so I'm trying to make more important decisions for myself. Of course, I still have a long way to go, though.
