Sorry I can't get any screenshots of a skull for Alduin, but if you look at pictures of his head, you can see he mostly follows the basic skull design, with longer and more strongly curved horns and spines.
The other unique dragons follow a similar thing, with varying horn designs and some variation in the snout and jaw.
