I keep on suggesting this to everyone - check tutorials, some of them are really detailed and helpful. I learned most of the stuff from other artists, combining their tricks to make my own style. Also having any drawing/painting skills in traditional medium helps, too.

Haha of course it is! Well, I would kill for a pair of those number 1, and 2, to me "Fine Art" is anything that's not photography or digital work.... so yes... "Fine Art"
