Nope, my computer started 'misbehaving' and I had to take it apart to find out why as it was showing a 'mainboard failure'. Turned out my PS2 keyboard was shorting. Sorry about that.

I am who I am because of 'old farts', those who survived WWII, UK national service, lived long enough to impart their experience and wisdom to me and, in some personal cases, those who didn't!

Now I am considered an 'old fart' myself (being more than four decades on this rock) and I respect my forebears by doing my best to support those who informed me by passing on my knowledge and experience.

I also agree about being past down wisdom and experience from my forebears (and the respect that any elder should get and receive) and passing my experience and knowledge on to future generations. Kudos, you are both a rare and special person.

Living through the '80's and being able to see beyond the 'me generation' marks you out as a human being.

'Tis hard but I strive to make the most of all I have experienced to armour any who would experience against the strife I have suffered.

My simple outlook for survival comes from 'hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst' the latter came into stark application this year when I had to rely on my basic food stocks for survival...I ultimately was supported by food banks in this period, Red Cross parcels in a 'first world' country!

My values...I will support anyone who are being persecuted because they don't fit the current Bureaucratic model!
