I'm gonna try both, because I'm applying to this funky dual degree program that would let me do both a fine arts and regular bachelors program. I still don't know if I'm getting accepted into that though :'D. but I am for sure doing physics, hopefully both.

Yeah, it's a bit confusing because a school year for you is between the first year's July to the next year's July, while a school year here is from January to December, so its nicely ordered.
But this would mean its only halfway through your final high school year, correct? Sheesh if that's so, good luck with the rest of the year. Matric is hectic.

I have a wacom intuos, its a pretty nice one bc my mom is a graphic designer and she just got me the same type she uses professionally. The only thing I don't like is that you can't see what you're drawing on the tablet screen (just on the computer) and that it's large enough that it's hard to carry. Otherwise it's pretty great.

Yeah, its a bit of a shame, but hey, at least I got into university, so I'm quite happy with the outcome!
Yeah, I know. But just hang in there Grey! It gets hectic during mid-year exams in terms of studying, then afterwards the teachers try get your big projects out of the way so that they can finish the syllabus and revise for prelims and finals. Once school is done, it gets very calm with the only demand being studying for finals.

Yeah, I have a bunch of projects, thankfully a lot of them are art/creative writing based so they're fun, but still a lot of pressure. Thankfully, I only have to take one final! (and knowing how forgetful my teacher is she actually might forget to make it...yikes)
Nice!!! Tablets are so much fun. I wish I got to use mine more, but I have so little time that whenever I get time to draw I usually just find it easier to reach for a sketchbook. I don't know what program you're using but Medibang (medibangpaint.com ) is a really nice free one. It lets you vary the width based on pressure (good for lineart) and do layers. Also, just because it is a different medium, I'd recommend looking up some tutorials on how to use the tablet properly, cause there's a lot more you can do with it.Β
Also, this might be kinda weird, but do you have a Skype? I like talking to you but I'm sorta starting to phase out of using deviantart, and it would be cool if we could chat more easily / not through comments. If you don't have one / don't want to give it to a weird american on the internet, I get it though. Just thought I would ask cause it could make talking easier

Ooh, That's a bit nice! You dont have to stress too much about finals then x3 (Also that sounds really bad. Maybe make a little sticky note saying "make final exam" and attach it to her laptop? that way it will forever haunt her until she does it. ...or she'll just throw it away, but the fact that a student had to remind her will haunt her. xD
The teachers at my high school lost the IT theory prelim exam and spent half an hour looking for it. Luckily the test was only supposed to start a bit later so we didn't lose time from them looking for it.)
Yeah! It's been great fun! I'm so used to SAI so I'm probably going to stick with it though. But it is nice to actually use the software to its fullest. Though I had to delete this one brush I always used because while it works great with a mouse, it doesn't work with tablet because of how you need to use it =7=;;
No, it doesn't sound weird at all! I'd love to have you on! Though I'm using Discord more because its a lot easier on the computer than Skype. I still have Skype if you don't want to use Discord, but only on my phone.

Oh, you have SAI! I didn't realize that, SAI is a great program. And once you get used to the tablet you'll never be able to go back to the mouse, i promise. I can't do mouse art, though I've tried :'D

I discussed Rowlett with the two people in my grade that follow pokemens. Maybe I don't like rowlett because it doesn't look like a grass starter compared to previous generations (It has very little bits of green in its design, but no direct plant-ish themes), but who knows, maybe it'll turn into some awesome Hawaiian nature guardian thing.Β
I'm gonna go with both, because two versions mean an excuse to run around the exact same game twice but with different 'mons. I might even do the thing I did with X and challenge myself not to use any water types ever.
Also, Popplio, what do you think of it?? Most people seem to not like it or not care about it. I can't help think that it looks okayish but it's artwork makes it look like a flat piece of paper and not very appealing.
