I had this idea. Of a book of sorts.
Two brothers, Joseph and Kendrix, have two different mothers but the same father. Both not knowing their father they were both curious. Joseph was Verbally abused through out his life and wasn't allowed to go outside as his mother was- crazy. While Joseph was raised in a lower class home- Kendrix was raised in a upper class house. Kendrix went to a private school and his parents were some of the best, he hated everything- he didn't know why. He hated all the bullies and kids who picked off the younger or weaker kids. He always started fight and it got to a point where he was expelled. His parents couldn't take him anymore and sent him to live with his aunt. Joseph's mother drank way too much one night and started spilling things out about his father and how he left to go live with another family of his (kendrix- which wasn't actually true) she told him that he should go find his father before she threw the bottle at him (meaning to kill). So he did, he left and followed the trails of his father through things he found in his mothers dresser. He hadn't been outside much and didn't even know where he lived. So he roamed the streets for a while until he found Kendrix's parents house, they told him (thinking he was a friend) that he moved into his Aunt's house. He hitched rides all the way there and when he got there Kendrix already knew about his half brother and MIA father. They both felt abandoned. They both had families who left them in their time of need. They both wanted to tell their father what he'd done.
They lived on the streets of Thailand for their remaining lives. They stole from drug dealers and pick pocketed from people on the streets. One day Joseph went out of Kendrix's sight, Kendrix found him in a dumpster beaten up and his tongue cut out. He stole from the wrong guys. Kendrix carried him through the streets and no one would help him, he walked all the way to a hospital where they did the very minimum and sent them away. Ashamed Joseph wore a mask to hide the majority of his scared face. He was three years younger than Kendrix so Kendrix took it on himself to provide for him. He stole for a while but it wasn't enough to feed the both of them. He stole from a young man who grabbed his arm and held a knife to his index finger telling him that if he didn't want to loose a finger and get jail time he would have to come with him. They went together men following behind (they knew he would steal from them) they knew most of everything about him. They told him that if he didn't start fighting for them they'd do more than cut out his brother's tongue (the man who did it to him- knew it would play out like this)Β
Kendrix fought under the name "Thein The young" as he was fighting grown men while only being 14. He often came back hardly able to move, Joseph tended to his wounds unable to say anything about his fighting. Every night Kendrix would leave and come back early in the morning with food for the two of them. Kendrix was 16 and still fighting, he'd gotten to be more than a sympathy catcher (people bet on him winning out of sympathy) he'd become one of the best fighters they had. He was supposed to fight a young girl, Pullen, she was only 13 at the time. He of course won, he didn't care about anyone but his brother and would do anything to provide for him. On his way back to Joseph, Pullen pleaded him to help her. Her parents were murdered and she was 'taken in' by the same man that took in Kendrix. She lived with the brothers for a while. And it was good, they both fought and she never got better. She was too small to put up much of a fight against the older men who fought. Their owners noticed this, she wasn't racking in the money they expected her to bring in. They knew something that would get them more money than ever before. She was sold as a prostitute to another man who controlled that faction of the unsavoury city. They told Kendrix she went to work elsewhere. She had spent a year living with the brothers, she was the one other person other than each other they could trust. Β He confronted his owner and he told him where she was. He ran all the way not having enough money for proper shoes he ran through gravel and glass. He found the old WArehouse she was kept in and showed them all the money he had.
This is what the man at the door said:
"The girl you want is dead, wasn't suited to the job. Even if she were here you wouldn't be able to pay for her in your lifetime."
AND THAT WAS THE FIRST PERSON KENDRIX BEAT TO DEATH : D
Anyway, so yeah- thats all I got for now heh
