Hello. :3 This is ~Hibiscus-Cat-Bases 's main account.
I don't know if you got my message on #BaseMasters , but I frequently noticed that it has been awhile since I've seen new bases being uploaded there, and on my base account, I have like 12 or so bases waiting to be put in the group or not. I have noticed the group has been going slower every day when it comes to uploading bases there.
Do you happen to know the hold up?

Hey i have a question--well more like a concern for the past 2 weeks that the few timews that i have been trying to submit good bases but every single one has been denied in this 2 week period,my concern is why?the main reason i joined this group was so i could make bases and try to get them out there you know?So thisis really upsetting me i just wish to know why you guys are constantly declining mine and not to be mean but if this keeps up i might have to consider quitting the group.

Well some of your bases have made it into the group, but a few are just not good enough quality. Here are some examples;
[link] - Still has most of the clothes on and the head is a little off
[link] - The anatomy is very off and could use better shading
[link] - This one is fine because the anatomy is mostly correct and is of good quality.
I hate to seem harsh or critical, but we have upped the groups standards and although it's nothing against you personally, we are being very selective about what is submitted to the group now.

Okay i understand but the secnd one anatlmaly compared to the pic i used isnt off that is the proper atnomaly for it Is as it shows on the pic i used:

and just like the second one the first the head is fine comapred to actual pic shown:

i cant use the circle tool in MS paint whatsoever because its difficult for me to do so,so i have to draw the heads by hand which is very difficult.
