Saitama’s home was destroyed by one such monster, back when he was eleven years old. His parents died then, and while Saitama’s relationship with them had been characterized by neglect, he figured he would take revenge on the monster who killed them. He escaped the foster system and began training himself, taking residence in the abandoned section of Z-City, scavenging along apartments and half-destroyed convenience stores for clothes and sustenance. He’s homeless 70% of the time, and when he’s not he takes residence on random empty apartments he can get himself into – all the pocket money he gets from people he saves during his training is better spent on food than a place to sleep, and he’s even had to resort to stealing food once or twice (though he tries very hard to pay for it later, when he’s got the money).
After three years of training, Saitama became incredibly strong… And also incredibly self conscious about his hair loss. Who the hell is bald at his age? If he were, say, 25 or something, that might be a different story.
He found and destroyed the monster that killed his parents… revenge wasn’t half as satisfying as he hoped it would be, and on his way to it, he’s unknowingly become a feared vigilante the police is on the lookout to arrest.
Saitama has heard about “Hoodie”, of course – who in Z-City hasn’t? He just doesn’t realize it’s supposed to be him. After all, he doesn’t go out of his way to beat monsters, just the ones that try to mess with him, and he certainly isn’t getting paid for it – people just assume he is. Just like they assume he wears a hoodie to hide his identity, when in reality it’s just an attempt to keep people from staring at the bald fourteen year old.

Kate, X6-88, and Dogmeat, where just out running arenas throughout the Commonwealth.
Currently, they were walking around in Goodneighbor.
The Ghoul city, Kate needed to take to Handcock about something. Most likely
to do with the mission he gave her a few days ago.
X6 complaining the whole way and Dogmeat being happy to be with Kate again.
Kate sighed as she stopped and reloaded her gun.
X6 turned and looked at her, Dogmeat kept walking ahead.
"You should really stop doing that ma'am. You're wasting ammo."
"It was getting low, X. Besides, You're always telling me to watch my back whenever we're here."
Kate said as she rolled her yellow and gold eyes.
The two were going to argue some more however, they both stopped when they head Dogmeat barking.
Kate ran to were Dogmeat was as X6 slowly walked behind her.
Dogmeat had made his way into an alleyway in Goodneighbor.
Dogmeat was sniffing an unconscious girl, facing down on the ground.
Kate quickly rushed over to the unconscious boy. She grabbed the boys shoulder and started shaking him.
"Sir? Sir? Are you ok? Sir?"
Kate keeps shaking the young boy as X6 walks up to the three.
Dogmeat walks up to the young boy and starts licking his face.
Kate quickly looks as X6.
"X6, give me one of the waters!"
"Why? That seems like a waste of value supply ma'am--"
"Just give me the bloody water. X!!"
X6 didn't reply but nodded his head as he got out a bottle of water and handed it over to Kate.
Kate quickly took the water and opened the cap and quickly splashed the water on the boys face.

Saitama grunted irritated as he sat up alittle tired. As he grunted "why did you do that for" he asked tiredly as he pouted silently, his eyes staring in silence.
