Art trade with HR-OnlyReadTheHRPart. She asked for a simple little Rayman/Barbara story, so here you go. All characters belong to Ubisoft and Michael Ansell. Told from Rayman’s point of view.
It was a simple day. Barbara and I were hopping and bopping, as one does, through a rocky field. We took out enemies as we went, and saved the Teensies as per the norm. I simply thought we would save the Teensies, go back to the glade of dreams, find another painting in need of saving, and continue the process. And while to some extent that did still happen, it happened in an unusual way.
One of the slopes we slid down was particularly treacherous. I heard the sound of painful landings and grunting. I looked at Barbara, who was tumbling painfully as we slid down. Then we came to a steep drop. We fell down, but I landed safely. Barbara, on the other hand, had less luck. When she la Here ya go, hope you like it.

As for the awkward moment, both falling in to a mud puddle or something like that is what I prefer most. Nothing to sexsual. Kinda like friendship but something slightly more...
