It's not mandatory to join in on the Event rp(s), feel free to do whatever you want. There are side-chats as well since two roleplays in one chatroom can get confusing. It's just a fun/almost an extra thing to do. I've written journals for Events before and never joined in. Hopefully this Circus thing will work out
For every event, you write a journal which has information about your character. You can use mine or someone else's as a reference, that's what I did at first.
So if you want to rp the Circus au with someone just ask or hop in c: I'll help you if needed since even now I have trouble joining event roleplays.
(We change aus every so often, like last time we did a Fantasy RPG, then an Island Survival au so that's another cool thing.)

When I was in Hungary, people started getting on at around 6:00 p.m which wasn't that bad, but I was pretty busy so it was always difficult, even when I first joined (which was about a year ago. I rped as a different country at that time).

Fríða was walking to her brother's home today.
No, she wasn't going to call him big brother, so that's out of the question.
She actually came to rather tell him some good news. Well- good news that is, in her own opinion.
She was just wearing rather a casual outfit which consisted of a grey patterned sweater and black leggings along with shiny black boots; not to mention it was also quite chilly out today, but she's used to it.
She brought along some money and a bag with her as if they wanted to go get some coffee later, but she highly doubt he would want to do that.
Outfits aside, she came to visit her sibling for a very special reason like I have mentioned earlier.
The news was, she had recently gotten married to her one in only love... that Dane.
I'm sure you know who he is.
Fine, It's Denmark if you didn't get it.
After at about fifteen minutes or longer, she finally had arrived to her sibling's home.
She slowly climbed up the steps, ringing the doorbell once, aaand a second time.
She slowly tapped her fingers on her purse, waiting for the door to open.
Her heart was beating faster then usual, mostly because she didn't know how he would react to this situation.
Would he be upset at her? Darn sure he would.
Now what about that Dane? Oh, even worse..

The day being too cool for his liking, which is actually rare, so he remained inside the comfort of his home. Even the clouds were grey and outside slightly misty. It was just a gloomy type of day; however, people still continued on with events, shopping, and traveling which kept the atmosphere alive. Like if it would be a regular afternoon. It never rained thank goodness, but it did start to clear up after a while. Now, you could actually see the sun and the clouds just about to pass by.
Sigurd only sat on his bed, flipping the pages of old books passed down from generation to generation. Stories about legends, how people used to live, famous sketches and writings. Once the weather began to clear, he placed the book down and opened the curtains a little more. At least the grass and trees had color now, maybe hints of blue in the sky as well.
Sigurd soon after quickly came down the stairs and made his way to the kitchen. He usually eats a rather early breakfast, so of course the Norwegian would be hungry again. He simply took a bag of sliced bread out, getting ready to make a sandwich, before the bell rang. Sigurd was really hoping to have some coffee as well in peace, but it would be selfish to ignore whoever is on the other side of that door.
He left the bread, headed to the door, and opened it. The blond man was definitely not expecting her to be here. "-Oh. It has been a while. What is it you need?"

While continuing to wait, she looked around at his home.
It was quite pretty indeed, there was pretty purple heather's around his home, for which those were considered Norway's national flower.
She thought to herself, 'I wish my home looked this pretty-'. She thought with a sigh, just as the door opened.
She saw him there. Hopefully, she didn't disturb him from doing anything important or so.
She then looked up at him. "...Yeah I know this may be awkward, but uh, it's actually something quite important-" She said with a small sigh, quite nervous indeed. She looked at him in the eyes and knew that this was her brother. He would never hurt her or anything.
Now, your probably wondering, if they got married already, who was invited? Was it only not him?
Oh no, it's because the two had a private wedding.
Neither one of the married couple had told any of the Nordics- well, expect her sister, but she managed to deal with it.

Natalya sighed, running her fingers through her long, blonde hair. The sky was dark, the wind harsh, and an ominous feeling filling the atmosphere. The same feeling weighed down the girl's gut, and she shifted uncomfortably. She tightened her wool pea-coat around her, not liking the weather. It was the sort of cold humidity that made you feel gross, and depressed. Her boots sunk with each step in the mud that was scattered on the pathway up to Sigurd's house, and she frowned, not liking that the leather was dirtied. With yet another resigned sight, she stared down at the folder in her hand. It was simply some paperwork for Sigurd to pass off to his boss, but Natalya saw no reason as to why she had to deliver it from him.
The blonde supposed that her boss just wanted her to get out of the house and be social. She was like a teenager, anti-social and constantly immersed in technology, except for her library of books. Her boots thudded up the steps, and she felt her jeans come untucked, she bent down to fix them, and saw something next to her boot that froze the blood in her veins. A splotch of something, something of a rusty-red color, and which smelled suspiciously of blood, was slowly drying. She gingerly pressed a finger against the spot, and she held her finger under her nose. "Blood." Natalya mumbled, and dashed towards the door without any hesitation.
The door was slightly ajar, and she heard a faint noise...screams? Her head pounded, and her dark blue eyes were panicked. She followed the screams as they began to grow louder. They led her to her to the basement, and she crept down the steps, almost positive that anyone in the house could hear her heartbeat. What she saw from around the corner shocked her to the core, and she stumbled against the wall, her back hitting it with a thud. There was a different kind of fear in her eyes now. Not a fear for her friend, but a fear of her friend.
You see, Sigurd wasn't the one screaming.
Sigurd was the one causing the screams.
