A few months ago I went to a visitation for someone I didn't know. He was 22 years old. In 7 years I'll be 22. In 7 years I could have to go to a visitation for someone I do know. In 7 years I could be the one in that casket. No one should have to die before they grow up, but it happens more than you'd like to think. What would you do if you only had 24 hours to live? Have you ever really thought about it? I mean, we're only 15, 16 ,17, way to young to have to worry about dying...right? I guess we don't understand how valuable life is - we think we're invincible. You never realize how much you have until losing it all is staring you right in the face. So what I'm getting at here is even though you may think you don't have much to live for, look around... I bet you'll find more than you bargained for. "This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use it as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever; in its place is something that you have left behind... let it be something good"*
