Okay. I downloaded the chains. I can't seem to figure out how to physically move them around. They are kind of stuck in one place, and it is only a .PMD file, so I can't exactly stick it to a dummy bone. (If I can, I certainly don't know how) There is an IK bone, but it doesn't work. It isn't weighted to any part of it... Do you know where I can find a cuff and chains? I need it for a picture, and I can't seem to find anything good so far.

The PMD file doesn't have a motherbone to it. Have someone who knows how to use PMD editor attach it to your model.
