We had to find some abnormal makeup to apply during class to prove we were proficient with makeup, and I chose something steampunk. Cuz I'm just that cool

It was a huge hit in class! Everyone thought it looked so cool, I combined it with bright red lip makeup, it was nice all together like that

I'm glad.
I wore steampunk makeup and clothes to my school prom, and I got quite a few complements.

My boyfriend and I are making steampunk clothes for prom actually, we're starting with my dress, it's going to look so cool when it's done!

Oh, cool! Me and the boy I went with didn't make ours at such. He rented some stuff and bought some stuff, and I bought a load of things and then my amazing mum and gran made and added a ruffled train at the back so it came down to my ankles at the back but was still above the knee at the front. It was a lot of fun.

I have a tailor in my group of family friends, so after I get the fabric and corset he will start sewing it, as long as our design is clear enough, I can't wait to finish the design turned into a real dress!

I am lucky, my boyfriend was the one who introduced me to steampunk, and when I said I wanted to make a steampunk dress for prom, he pulled out his steampunk outfit and said "I thought you'd never want to, lets start designing your dress"
