I don't have any specific tutorials on these, but there are always cosplay tutorials in general that you can work work. Just be handy and resourceful with your materials-- something as simple as cardboard to craftfoam to wonderflex to plexiglass-- can be your friend.

Mega Man Mythos (specifically Zero) derives from a concept art that was used as a cover for one of the official rearranged Mega Man Zero soundtracks: The Mythos soundtrack fittingly.
Fans caught onto the design since then and there has been a several artwork relating to Mythos Zero-- with some being other characters being designed in similar fashion. Is that what you were asking?

Hey there! I finally dug out the Mythos tracks by pure accident... they * DO NO * disappoint... I'm so in love with them!! I was so happy I thought it was a MMZ3 remastered CD folder and then thought this song sounds really different... saw the word "MYTHOS" and screamed hahaha. Anyways I thought of your kickass Mythos costume shortly afterwards ^^
