I think I figured out Black/White problem.
Black is easily influenced and White is not.
A darker color means that the person is more subjective to changed by another color...or so.\White can't be changed so it has a neutrality factor?

Black is easily manipulated?....White seems to be more easily manipulated than black. Not in a bad way, just in a normal way. White seems to change more easily than black to me....
