I'm going to miss you guys, you are way cooler than the eighth grade friends I had when I was a seventh grader.
The reality that the year is over hasn't quite struck me yet. I think they are trying to with hold the satisfaction of the end of the year, unlike they did in Elementary where they had parties and whatnot. Also, I think if everyone was really worked up about it then some people would go all crazy. I remember when I was in sixth grade that someone pulled the fire alarm at the last day of school.
Anyways, I'll see you again soon enough!

I feel the same. I just feel like it is a slightly-longer weekend. It never hits me untill a month or so into the whirlpool of madness known as summer that I'm done with whatever grade I was in. When I was in 6th grade, for the last two weeks of school a couple of kids would alternate and pull the fire alarm every day. -____- It got old real fast.
(at least you weren't sprayed in the eyes with a smelly perfume thing
I have a feeling 8th grade is going to fly by to quickly. Jeez, today it hit me how old I was. I'm not old really,(get off my lawn!!), but I'll be driving in, what, 2-3 years? That is a scary thought. And you're a high schooler!! -is awed by your teenage presence-

Yeah, it's hard to get the full reality of it. I can't wait to get into high school and out of it again, so that I can get out into the world mmm.

It does holy jesus. It felt like less than a month for me now that I'm out. I know, I'll be eligible for my drivers permit in November. Holy shit.
