If you don't mind, I have two questions,Β
I'm new to hand sewing, and I was wondering if you had any tips on how to sew the doll closed after you flip it inside out and stuff it?Β
And also, how do you attach a zipper to fabric?

I'm happy to help if I can!
As for sewing dolls closed after they are flipped inside-out and stuffed: I just tuck any excess fabric in and hold the two sides to make a neat seam, and slowly and carefully stitch the two sides together, pulling tight as you go and trying to mimic the look of the rest of the seam. I don't know if you needed more technical help than that? Feel free to ask again if you meant something else more specific, but it's hard to explain via text!
As for zippers, I'm sure there are a number of ways they can be attached, but generally two pieces of fabric are attached to either side of the zipper with just a running stitch. I don't know how technical you need me to be here, but I think it's probably much easier for you to understand if you look up a tutorial on youtube rather than me trying to explain it in writing!
