# About me

Hey out there!
I am a young writer from Germany and I absolutely love to write. I developed my skills in languages, especially the written word, all by myself but I had an interest in it since primary school. Since I have been 17 years old, I write poems. In my opinion it's the most beautiful way to express something. What exactly? Anything from something as common as your feeling when you wake up to something as versatile as love. Although I myself prefer to write about everything but love.
Anyway I first started writing in my mother tongue german but after I joinend dA, I changed to english. Why? Hmm because dA is an international website and only few speak german and even fewer of those are interested in literature. :( Very sad indeed but it turned I am actually not that bad at writing in english :D
Writing poems is my way of handling the things life throws at me. Everyone needs such an output. But writers and people who are willing to read their pieces are a dying species. Please help keeping the love for literature alive! Words speak louder than actions and satisfy your urge for self-realization more than any video game ever could.
