Hello all :DI'm in my last year majoring in Graphic Design & Multimedia. I've always loved traveling.. so whenever the chance comes, I'd get really excited! Though I've only been to a few countries, I wish and looking forward to explore more countries in the future! I love noodles better than rice and bread. Heya Heather, your work is fantastic! just giving a tip, when creating your own character use a referance photo of a person (at the same angle), not to mimic their facial features and the like, just their complexion, blemishes/imperfections, shadows/light and tone in the skin, do it with a small brush and finely go over with your tablet and stylus, it takes many hours of work, but its worth it in the end, it makes things a lot easier if you have a mixer, or blending brush at 100% mix just splatter bits and peices of relevent colour and light/shadow and blend it together as its supposed to be. (there is a mixer brush on photoshop cs5, not sure about gimp) I hope this helps! keep up the good work

Ah, i did mention it on my profile.. I use GIMP for all my works, Im still trying to learn Photoshop and now i can somehow handle Paint Tool SAI for drawing outlines and stuffs. But my major tool is GIMP still, it's my best friend
