Having always dabbled with art as a hobby, I'd assumed that drawing and painting were my area, as that's the kind of art I most love, especially anything sci-fi related. But after feeling unsatisfied with most of my painting efforts, I discovered the world of Metalcraft sculpture, and finally it dawned on me, painting may not be my strongest art.I'm now completely hooked on Metalcraft and all that I can create with it, so much so i'm attempting to turn it into a small business. It's early days yet, but with the support of my friends and fans, and a bit of luck, I'm hoping Cosmic-Robot.com can be recognised as something curiously worthwhile.

Have you ever considered producing a hard phone case that resembles the communicators on Star Trek (Original Series) ? or is the design still covered by copyright?
I've never seen anything like that on sale and I would have thought it would have been popular with the Trekor crowd (can't call 'em Trekies anymore - it's not PC or grown up enough apparently

And no worries on pointing you to DA, you're art is really cool and I find, same as you probably do, it's sometimes hard to make time for it with busy lives, families, work, etc. I think places like this site just help to inspire and keep the imagination alive.
