Here is his Facebook page.Β The latest picture that someone posted of him on there has a place you can type a comment if anyone wants to try contacting him that way, since he is apparently impossible to contact any other way.Β I've tried sending him emails, Etsy messages, eBay messages, DeviantArt Notes, and Facebook messages, with no responses.Β He always came through on commissions in the past even though he took months and months, so I tried to be patient, but its been like a year since I paid him for the latest commission, and it was going to be a gift for someone.Β Way too late for it now.
I guess I can kiss both the money and the item goodbye, and consider it a learning experience.
Maybe we should create a group for people that HereticalSun owes items to, since its looking like there is quite a number of us.

Well, I paid him in May, so it's been about half a year now.
I was messaging him now and then though DeviantArt notes, but ever since about 3 or 4 months ago I have yet to receive any responses from him.
He has delivered a couple of commissions before, so I don't know why he has completely stopped visiting his DA now.

It is dependent on the character! The base price for a kigu is $80 and can go up from there depending on what I need to add, i.e. wings, large ears, etc.

Umbreon would be $35 for materials and labor with $10 shipping. With my current to do list, both with commissions and my own personal cosplays for Fanime, I don't think that I'll have the time to get it done beforehand. However, if something takes me less time than I thought and a spot opens up, I'll certainly let you know!
