# About me

A super hero enthusiest who grew up watching shows like Power Rangers along with Marvel and DC super heroes, I have always had an interest in super-hero stories, whether they be comic, movie, anime, or video game. This interest gave rise to me starting my own super-hero web comic back in middle school in the early 2000's.

That comic, "The Adventures of Mask Cape Man" is currently undergoing strict revision now that I have graduated from college with my degree in Asian Studies. I still don't know where I want to go with my life, but I never want to give up my hobby as an artist.

Well you've done a lot of fan work. Maybe try to draw an original character in your style. Using other styles can be a great way to learn, but when you branch out on your own is when you find what works for you.

I mean, I don't have the equipment to post a tutorial, but the main thing about photoshop is the layer system. The best way to learn it is to play around with it. Try new things. I'm happy to answer specific questions, but the soul of getting better is just practice.

Like flat colors? I use a seperate line art layer and put the flat colors underneath that on their own separate layer.
