Not exactly... Sweating a little... Its my first attempt at making a cosplay weapon of any sorts... Im sorry!

Okay, well, I used rigid insulation foam as my base, and I used reference images from the web to work out the size of the weapon in scale to my height. Then used fibreglass matting [from car body repair shops] with resin mix to cover it, before spending an age masking and painting on the different colours xD

For a smooth and clean-cut finish, I used spray paint, BUT, prepare to hate masking tape if you do that, since it takes a LOT of it as well as a buttload of patience xD You could use brush-on enamel, but it's very thin. Or acrylic, but I'd suggest thinning that down a little first :) (Smile)
