Hello. I've looked through your gallery, and I must say, I love your traditional art! I don't understand why you used a lot of bases. From, what I can see, you do fine without the bases. Since you're already at this level with your art, the bases aren't really necessary and I feel like it limits what you can do. Maybe you'll do better without the bases?
I hope you take my suggestion into consideration.

I'm trying to get out of using bases but, whenever I do digital art I get really self conscious that it won't look as good as it would on paper. And most people prefer digital art when they want "professional" looking art. But I'll be doing a lot more traditional art ^^

Aw, don't worry about that! Just practice without bases, and you'll improve. No need to think that people won't like your art, because hey, we all start somewhere.
Also, I'm not sure about the whole 'professional art needs to be digital' thing. Even traditional art can be professional. So keep doing traditional art as well as digital art. :) (Smile)
