Yes, every one actually DOES have a different style, if they're not going out of their way to copy someone else's, which this girl is clearly doing.
She isn't directly stealing this endless summer girl's art, but she is stealing, regardless. She's guilty of design theft and style theft.
Who knows if she would have said something? I notified the summer girl about her OCs being ripped off in this image, and she said that she noted pokefan or whatever.
I'm pretty sure this endless summer girl has seen this pokefan girl's pictures (which are mostly ripoffs of her stuff, by the way) and this could have been the last straw. It would have been for me.
However, we won't know for sure unless the girl actually tells us. :I

oops when i saw that in my messages i only saw part of it but all ive got to say is that i believe that any deviant can have whatever freakin style they want and you have no say in whatever a deviant chooses to do its their own choice.
and it may have been the last straw FOR YOU but it wasnt FOR HER. nd THAT is what matters. is this your style? no. its not. so you have no say in whether you think she stole the style or not since its not yours >.>. but clearly you cant see that. its good that you notified summer chan about your thoughts though.
and personally, if someone had my style, i really wouldnt care. yes if someone's oc's looked like mine i would say something, but clearly im an understanding person and would ask them to change it so something like THIS wouldnt happen to them or one of theyre friends defending their art.
