hmm...
well practice is an obvious tip lol ^u^;
hmm well how i improved, i honestly just looked at people, look at how people stand the way they hold there own selves, try imagining what type of character they are or would be from the way they present themselves, then think, how would i draw that or portray that, or even if you can portray them as you see them, try picturing them as a stick figure with a circle head :3 and then, if you have a sketch book in hand or maybe a cell phone do a quick sketch or take a picture, then later on when home or have time, try re creating it, or even change it up a bit to match your style or something that goes along with it :3
even look at other people drawings (dont steal) and if you use reference, quote that person and let them know you used them as reference, or post a link ;3....

I hate artist slumps >.< So far the only thing I have drawn in 3 weeks is a realistic picture of Bill Kaulitz
