Oh and from what I can see work on Proportions and make use of base sketch lines (The skeleton of your drawings)

Quick piece of advice since your starting
A good way to start getting attention and watchers is by fav  peoples work and commenting on their pages. Just Start chatting you know.
Join groups that are under your medium so your work gets exposure. (That is if you choose to)
Watch others and learn from how they do things, be it set up of interactions.

Essentially produce content and dive into the community
Really personalize your work and page
