It's not really my personal quite. But, at least you know it's from something else.
It's actually from one of my all time favorite movies The Wizard of Oz. The wicked witch of the west tells it to Dorothy in the movie. I think the first time you hear her say it is in Munchkin Land when the witch of the west finds out that Dorothy took the ruby slippers from her.

I live waaaaaaay closer to the TX border in a city called Sulphur, LA (You may also be familiar with Lake Charles or Lafayette. Lafayette is about a two hours drive East of where I live.)
