I can help you. If you're making a Sonic character you can use this as a base:

Favorite color

Favroite animal

A hobby (stamp collecting, gardner, scientist etc. My OC Sophie is into extreme gear)

A certain personally trait

And finally a basic design that you can get from from its personality or hobby.

When you start to write the characters gain flesh on their own. Soon it'll be easy to create your own OC. Hope this helps.

I only wanted to do a third one because I wanted to write Dan and Christine's baby, and Dans family. That and I wanted to get my idea of Ted out there too. Dan mentioned he had siblings in the Cat Burgular episode and I think the mystery of Ted would fit well together. :3
