Hello, you recently responded to me on that "lice lice baby" picture. Unfortunately I couldn't respond to you there (because I was baaaaaaawlocked by the "artist" who posted said picture) so I'll have to just respond here.
I don't really care that "people do it all the time," it's clearly a violation of dA rules. If she wants to post official (licensed) artwork she can do so on another website, just not here. DeviantArt is for showcasing your own artwork, not others'.
(However, she claimed to have permission to post this particular piece, all she had to do was fill out the proper form and this could have been avoided. However, she has no such proof, which leads me to believe it was stolen. This opinion is also justified considering she stole this [link] from here [link] . Read the comments on "her" picture for the dragon one, she doesn't even bother to credit and disgustingly laps up all the praise.)

It's the opening image for the episode. I don't know about you but I believe there's still SOME faith in humanity, and I'm going to assume/hope people aren't stupid enough to know she doesn't own it.
But yes, I agree credit is necessary when due.
Typically people DO post artwork they don't own here (maybe a screenshot, or something) that they obviously don't own and give credit. I overlooked that on hers because I try to believe not everyone is stupid, but eh. She's probably 12 or something anyways, I wouldn't pay much mind to it, especially when she's so obvious.

I do agree that most people will know it's a title card, however
