Haha, no I don't go to the gym (but I want to!) I use Tae Bo videos which are pretty fun. ^^

And that sucks, I hope work is slow for you, or at least passes by very quickly!

Lol do those videos actually work? I've never had a tutorial from a video before, but when I was little I owned this work out video for kids that was called Mousercize. It was weird...and had mickey mouse on the cover lol

Lol, I can't say anything about the Mickey Mouse one, but the one I use does work. I've lost 5 pounds so far and it's fun too. And you don't have to pay for a gym membership which is awesome ^^

5 pounds!? That's amazing. Congratulations! Most of the time, I just walk...EVERYWHERE. People ask me how I can eat cookies and stay so thin and I just shrug. There is no secret to saying healthy you know what I mean?

I just try to eat fruits and drink lots of water. So far it's been working so I'm pretty happy about it. Walking is good for you too. :) (Smile) - :)

Yeah I eat fruit every day, but I should really increase my vegetable intake XD I'm doing bad with that so far lol.

Did you know that walking for an hour each day increases your life span for 2 hourss?
