also, is he any good? he is my favourite beast laguz, but i dont know if i should bother training him, since i already use one laguz (ulki).

Kysha was mentioned in a support in PoR. Anyway, I haven't used Kyza yet myself but... You could try giving him a Seraph Robe (or two) and only level him up on Bonus EXP. I tried that with Mordecai and Lyre, maxed almost EVERY STAT.
