Well, you've heard my side of the story. I also would love to hear her side....
She only did it to herself though. Had she not ripped artwork from others, she wouldnt risk getting caught. There would be nothing to call her on.

I just wanted to say... 140 for a 16 year old is NOT fat. I'm 130, 18 years old, and 5'4.5". Plus... I'm a doctor's kid. If I was overweight, I would be getting nagged about it. At my last check up, I was told that I was where the average of the population is, weight wise!
I'm really sorry you feel that way, and there's probably no way I could completely see or understand how you feel. But be assured that you're not unhealthy like you think you are!
